Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive security vulnerability remediation programs across multiple applications and platforms.
- Define, prioritize, and execute remediation roadmaps for various vulnerability categories, including application, dependency, and infrastructure security risks.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and product teams to ensure timely closure of identified vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing secure solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular.
- Analyze vulnerability reports and recommend remediation approaches that balance risk, business needs, and technical feasibility.
- Establish governance, tracking, and reporting mechanisms for vulnerability management initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams on secure coding practices, application security standards, and vulnerability prevention strategies.
- Drive modernization and security improvements across large-scale distributed systems.
- Evaluate and leverage security tools to proactively identify and mitigate security risks.
- Apply GenAI capabilities to enhance engineering productivity, security insights, and remediation workflows where applicable.
