Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central (v8.x) or Kronos Workforce Dimensions.
  • Strong experience with Kronos API, WIM (Workforce Integration Manager), and SQL scripting.
  • Experience in interface development, reporting tools, and custom Kronos configuration.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping, scheduling, and labor tracking modules.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
