Enjoy a blend of managing collective bargaining and providing valuable insights to member hospitals.<br/><br/>In this critical role, you will lend your expertise in labour and employee relations while assisting in the planning of collective bargaining. Your experience with hospital collectives and strong analytical skills will support negotiations and policy development. Adaptation to fast-paced environments will be key as you address various stakeholders needs.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing for central collective bargaining
• Represent hospitals during negotiation processes
• Draft written submissions for arbitration cases
• Advise on administration of collective agreements
• Engage in provincial committees as needed<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Relevant degree and experience in labour relations
• Understanding of Ontarios employment legislation
• Solid research and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
