leAs Land Development Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of land development projects from acquisition through to construction. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and municipal authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirement

What you’ll need to suc
- ceed2+ years of experience in land development, urban planning, or project coordina
- tionDiploma or degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related discip
- lineStrong understanding of Ontario land use planning, permitting processes, and appro
- valsAbility to review technical drawings and consultant rep
- ortsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorit
