Role: Lead Flight Test

Term: Full Time

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering or related discipline

•Minimum 15 years total engineering experience

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in flight test engineering or flight test management

•Demonstrated experience with:

• Aircraft flight test programs

• Test planning and execution

• Data acquisition and analysis

•Prior experience working with flight test pilots and certification authorities preferred

•Familiarity with handling qualities, human factors, and safety processes strongly preferred

Qualification:

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering or related discipline
