Job Title – Lead – Tenzai Implementation

Location – Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid preferred with downtown Toronto office; remote candidates within Canada will also be considered)

Role Type – Contract (6 months with potential extension)

Must Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Tenzai implementation, administration, configuration, and maintenance
  • 8+ years of Cybersecurity, Security Engineering, or related security experience
  • Enterprise security process engineering and optimization experience
  • Security platform integration and infrastructure experience
  • Technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities and Job Details:

  • Lead the onboarding, implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Tenzai across the enterprise
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve security processes supporting Tenzai operations
  • Ensure seamless integration of Tenzai with existing security tools, platforms, and workflows
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on Tenzai best practices and enterprise adoption strategies
  • Partner with Engineering, DevOps, Risk, Compliance, and Security teams to drive successful implementation outcomes
  • Develop scalable, repeatable processes that strengthen security operations and governance
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize Tenzai deployments to ensure reliability and effectiveness
  • Mentor team members and provide subject matter expertise on security engineering initiatives
  • Support Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) objectives through effective platform management and process improvements
  • Translate complex security concepts into clear recommendations and actionable guidance for technical and business stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and security maturity
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs and security engineering best practices
