Drive impactful education initiatives as Executive Director of the Louis Riel Institute in Winnipeg, MB. In this full-time position, you’ll manage operations and develop strategic educational programs for the Métis community.<br/><br/>As the Executive Director at the Louis Riel Institute, you will oversee the administration and management of key activities aligned with the Manitoba Métis Federations objectives. Your role requires collecting insights on educational trends and fostering stakeholder relationships. This position is perfect for experienced leaders committed to advancing Métis culture, history, and educational values.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Direct all LRI administrative functions
• Create reports for the Minister of Education
• Document and analyze educational legislation
• Assess activities of comparable organizations
• Guide strategic contacts within the community<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in relevant field
• Extensive experience in leading projects
• At least three years in community program development
• Familiarity with government and Indigenous cultures
• Valid Manitoba Driver’s license for necessary travels<br/><br/>Lead the charge for educational excellence and strong community relationships at the Louis Riel Institute.
