Shape the future of aviation safety as the Director of Safety and Quality with AirSprint. This strategic leadership role involves oversight of flight and maintenance operations and promoting safety culture across the organization.<br/><br/>With direct access to the President and CEO, you will be responsible for evaluating safety policies and providing reports that keep the Board informed about internal and external safety status. Contributing to the strategic direction, youll lead safety initiatives and help advance AirSprint’s commitment to exceptional service and operational integrity. Your role is crucial in managing and analyzing safety trends to drive continuous improvement.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Provide overview of safety and quality operations
• Conduct safety audits and report findings
• Implement modern safety tools and processes
• Guide the Safety & Quality team
• Serve as liaison for safety-related communications<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in relevant field
• At least five years in aviation quality and safety programs
• Three years in a senior role
• In-depth knowledge of Transport Canada regulations
• Valid driver’s license and Canadian passport<br/><br/>Champion safety and quality within AirSprint as a key leader, promoting a safe aviation environment.
