Manager, Strategy Pricing & Interchange (Services)
The Manager, Strategy Pricing & Interchange is responsible for supporting activities within two areas: economics enablement and governance & reporting. This role partners with global and regional product areas to perform analysis, coordinate pricing initiatives, and maintain consolidated reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with global and regional stakeholders, including pricing committees, regional Network Services, and regional product leads to drive consistency and alignment of pricing initiatives.
- Coordinate monthly pricing pipeline updates with product and pricing teams at the global and regional levels.
- Produce key KPI that connect internal and customer economics with revenue patterns, supported by analytics/modelling team.
- Centralize the reporting of pricing initiatives and the 3‑year pricing forecast for Services.
- Facilitate and manage the development and periodic refresh of the Pricing Insights tools in collaboration with the Insights & Enablement team.
- Partner with regions and other team members to produce key presentation materials and support on pricing and economic initiatives.
- Become a SME for internal data sources including drivers, billing, and product reporting.
- Partner with team members and product managers to develop and maintain a product catalog inclusive of pricing.
- Lead the alignment of the pricing implementation pipeline, in collaboration with the Billing Team.
- Lead the alignment of the announcements pipeline, in collaboration with the CS&D Team.
- Ensure pricing sponsors maintain accurate records in SalesForce.
Key Qualifications
- BA/BSC (MBA a plus) with previous experience in strategy, consulting, finance, economics, or pricing.
- Fast‑paced, highly analytical, demonstrating business acumen and thought leadership to deliver results within a global, growing, and profitable business.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) for data compilation, aggregation, and modeling.
- Team player with the ability to communicate effectively and develop solid working relationships across multiple levels and organizational boundaries.
Benefits
- Competitive pay based on location, experience, and qualifications. In Canada: $109,000 – $158,000 CAD.
