Network Analyst (SharePoint Online) – Intermediate and/or Senior level
Location: Remote (Canada ONLY!!!)
Security Clearance: Reliability Clearance Required
Main Deliverables
- Support and administer enterprise SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams environments.
- Execute SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online migration initiatives.
- Deliver SharePoint Online training and user adoption support.
- Maintain secure and scalable collaboration platforms for large organizations.

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Network Analyst.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with SharePoint Online.
- Experience supporting SharePoint Online environments for organizations with 5,000+ employees.
- Experience performing SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migrations for organizations with 5,000+ employees.
- Experience providing SharePoint Online training within organizations with 5,000+ employees.
- Demonstrated experience delivering successful SharePoint Online migration projects for organizations with 5,000+ employees.
- Experience managing SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams sites in large enterprise environments (5,000+ employees).
- Must hold MS-700: Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate certification.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Reliability Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support SharePoint Online environments.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute SharePoint migration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint Online and Teams-related issues.
- Provide end-user training and technical guidance.
- Implement governance, security, and operational best practices.
- Document configurations, migration activities, and support processes.
