Job Title : Network Technician Job Duration : Ongoing managed service- no end date projected Shift: Standard Monday -Friday. 8 -4, 9-5. Onsite Trave l: Maybe once per quarter. – Must be within commutable distance to the office, in the event of an emergency. Must Haves : CNP Certification 2-3 Years of Network or IT experience. (Need to understand basic Network Protocols.) Bilingual in French – Customers are all French speaking. Role & Responsibilities · Responsible for network operations, as well as lab verification. · Works independently within a team, with mentorship in sophisticated situations only. · Will cover a broad area, multiple technologies. Is able to apply recommended product behavior and industry standard methodologies. · Continuously learning and strengthening technical skills for relevant technical domain and adjacent technologies. · Communicates difficult concepts. Guides, influences and persuades others either internally and externally. · Connects with internal team members, customers and partners across functions and boundaries to achieve remarkable results. Earns the confidence of leaders and customers and able to use the confidence to achieve results.
