Description
Lead operations for AECOMs Buildings & Places in Canada. As Director, you will steer project delivery, client satisfaction, and staff development while driving strategic initiatives at a national level.<br/><br/>The Director of Operations will report to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate with the Regional Business Line Leader. You will oversee operational leadership, manage project execution, boost client relations, and optimize resource allocation. A passion for mentoring high-performing teams and a commitment to operational excellence are essential for this role.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement business objectives and KPIs
• Mentor Operations Managers to enhance skills and accountability
• Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations
• Lead organization structure optimization for growth
• Represent AECOM at key industry events<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelors degree plus 12 years in the design industry
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in business strategy and operational management
• Experience in large project management
