Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Security Lead with extensive expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and hands-on experience designing, configuring, and managing Oracle HCM Cloud security. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of dedicated Oracle HCM Cloud Security experience and strong knowledge of security architecture and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud security solutions.
  • Define and configure Oracle HCM security roles, privileges, data roles, and security profiles.
  • Design security structures aligned with business and organizational requirements.
  • Configure and manage role-based access controls across Oracle HCM modules.
  • Analyze security requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM security solutions.
  • Perform security configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and remediation.
  • Support security-related requirements across HCM implementations and enhancements.
  • Work with functional and technical teams to ensure appropriate access controls.
  • Conduct security audits, role reviews, and access assessments.
  • Troubleshoot security issues and resolve role/access-related problems.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-production security activities.
  • Develop security design documents, configuration documentation, and related project deliverables.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Security experience.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM security architecture and configuration.
  • Experience with security roles, role provisioning, data roles, security profiles, and access controls.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM security across multiple HCM modules.
  • Experience supporting Oracle HCM implementations and security design.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading security workstreams for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud security best practices.
  • Experience working with large enterprise Oracle HCM environments.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor other team members.
