Insight Global is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our client in the construction industry on a 6-month contract. This is a part-time role that will require a commitment between 16-to-25-hours per week and be fully on-site in Burnaby, BC. Within the role, you’ll be supporting a team of executives on a day-to-day basis which includes overseeing administrative needs such as schedule and meeting management, supporting IT, coordinating company events and travel plans. Office management will also be a responsibility within the role, ensuring the team has sufficient supplies to successfully complete their work. Organization and attention to detail is imperative to success in this role.
Must Haves
– A minimum of 3-years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting executive level stakeholders
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Hands-on experience with calendar management
– Experience arranging travel accommodations and office events

– Previous office management experience
