Description
Enhance technology use at Getronics as a Part Time IT Deskside Support Engineer in London. Deliver outstanding support, manage incidents, and enable internal customers on-site and remotely.<br/><br/>This permanent position requires strong desktop support and customer service skills. You will engage with clients to resolve IT issues promptly while gaining expertise in core operating systems and applications. Anticipate contributing to customer satisfaction while achieving operational efficiency.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as an IT ambassador ensuring customer satisfaction
• Own and resolve incidents and IT requests efficiently
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders about status updates
• Manage escalations effectively with other service teams
• Provide onsite and remote support using various tools<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Experience in IT Customer Service and break/fix support
• Proficient in Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office, and Lenovo hardware
• Knowledge of ITIL service operations and best practices
• Experience with ticket management tools
• Familiarity with iOS mobile device support<br/><br/>Deliver exceptional IT support and enhance operational effectiveness as an integral part of Getronics’ team in London.
