We’re partnering with a growing technology client to support the addition of a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to their team.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys full ownership of payroll processes, high attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll across both Canada and the US while

maintaining full compliance across jurisdictions.

About the Role:

You will manage bi-weekly payroll across Canada and the US. This role is currently handled in-house and the organization is now looking to bring in a dedicated payroll specialist to take full ownership of the function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle bi-weekly payroll processing for Canadian and US employees (CAD & USD)
  • Manage and maintain employee data in Ceridian Dayforce (Canada) and ADP (US)
  • Process new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and updates accurately and efficiently
  • Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing timely and confidential support
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian provincial legislation and US federal/state payroll requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience covering both Canada and US payroll
  • Strong working knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce and ADP (required)
  • Solid understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and US tax compliance
  • PCP designation considered a strong asset
  • High attention to detail, strong integrity, and ability to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable working independently and owning full-cycle payroll processes
