EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT

This role supports a senior executive across business, operational planning, scheduling, travel, and

relationship management. It is well-suited to someone who is organized, confident in decision execution,

and able to balance both structure and adaptability. You will work closely with the executive, maintaining

rhythm, clarity, and momentum across fast-moving initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, calendar changes, meeting logistics, and priorities.

• Prepare briefs, agendas, summaries, and required documents in advance of discussions.

• Coordinate communication between internal collaborators, external partners, and vendors.

• Plan domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and full itineraries.

• Organize private dinners, gatherings, and event logistics end-to-end.

• Support real estate coordination, bookings, errands, and lifestyle planning when needed.

• Real estate research, visit planning and coordination

• Ensure commitments, follow-ups, and deadlines move to completion on schedule.

• Wear multiple hats, cook, stylist, travel agent, vehicle manager, personal secretary, etc

Ideal Candidate Strengths

• 3–5 years supporting executive leadership in a dynamic environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized, detail-attentive, and structured in task execution

• Problem solver and have sense of urgency

• Able to build rapport easily and maintain trust with discretion.

• French language ability an asset, English required.

• Valid driver’s license and flexibility for occasional travel.

• Valid passport
