We are partnering with a rapidly growing, Pigment consultancy (tiered exclusive partner) that is scaling rapidly with a strong pipeline of major wins. The firm specializes in delivering high-impact connected planning solutions, primarily in FP&A, with expanding focus on Sales Performance Management (SPM), consolidations, and supply chain.

We are looking for the best Pigment Model Builders and Solution Architects immediately on both permanent full-time and contract basis : Candidates may apply in Canada. If you live in the US and Europe, feel free to reach out to me privately through Linkedin.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-scaling Pigment specialist firm at an early stage, work exclusively with Pigment, and help build solutions from the ground up in a fully remote environment with high autonomy.

We are hiring for:

  • Solution Architects

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize scalable Pigment models and solutions for complex FP&A and planning requirements
  • Translate business processes into clean, high-performance Pigment architecture
  • Work closely with client finance teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable business value
  • Create intuitive dashboards and user experiences
  • Champion Pigment best practices, governance, and model performance
  • Support training, UAT, go-live, and ongoing optimization
  • Contribute to internal IP, accelerators, and pre-sales where needed

Key Skills, Experience & Attitudes

  • Strong preference for Pigment certifications (Model Builder and/or Solution Architect)
  • If NO Pigment certifications: 5+ years of senior-level connected planning experience (e.g. Master Anaplanner or equivalent) — open to training exceptional Anaplanners
  • Deep FP&A experience required; supply chain or SPM knowledge is a strong plus
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing, autonomous environment
  • Creative problem-solver comfortable building solutions from scratch

Package & Contract Details

Permanent Full-Time: $100,000 – $175,000 USD

Contract: Competitive rates by our negotiation
