Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. The Plumbing Foreman will lead and oversee plumbing operations, ensuring the efficient and safe completion of projects in alignment with company standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, collaborating with other departments on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role demands organization, communication, and hands-on expertise in plumbing systems within commercial and residential pool construction projects.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including team management and project oversight
- Strong Plumbing expertise with experience in installation, repair, and maintenance
- Understanding and application of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience in the pool and spa construction industry is an asset
- Valid plumbing certification or equivalent professional qualifications
- Safety compliance knowledge and certifications (e.g., WHMIS or First Aid) are advantageous
