Lead pricing initiatives at Maple Leaf Foods as a Pricing Strategy and Analytics Manager. Develop pricing strategies and partner with Category RGM Managers to optimize revenue and margins.<br/><br/>In this pivotal role, you will serve as an internal consultant, guiding the RGM team to align pricing strategies with organizational goals. Your expertise in price pack architecture, analytics, and margin management will drive actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate closely with category teams to enhance pricing cycles and realization, ensuring commercial accountability across the portfolio.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Develop first-pass pricing strategies for RGM leadership
• Enhance profitability through effective price pack architecture
• Streamline pricing processes and decision-making tools
• Measure price execution with scorecards and accountability
• Equip teams with pricing tools and effective communication materials<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 5–8 years in pricing, RGM, or commercial analytics
• Proficient in pricing strategy and P&L drivers
• Experience with NIQ data and analysis methods
• Strong Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python skills
