Job Title: Procurement Analyst

Location: Montreal, QC

Duration: 05 + Months (Possibility of Extension)

Pay Range: $(36.00 – 38.00)/hr on T4

Requirements:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our global procurement team dedicated to site closures. This role will provide tactical and analytical support to our Project Procurement Managers (PPMs) in Europe and the Americas, working closely on sourcing activities, supplier onboarding, and procurement systems administration (SAP/Ariba).

The role also contributes to data analysis, process optimization, and digital tool development. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Procurement Managers (PPMs) in tender processes and sourcing events
  • Handle tactical tasks including:
  • Supplier creation and onboarding (SAP, Ariba, TPDD)
  • RFx support and documentation
  • Purchase requisition and PO follow-up
  • Fully manage some RFP processes under supervision
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports on procurement activities and KPIs
  • Maintain tracking tools and procurement dashboards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function
  • Participate in developing or improving digital tools using Power BI and Power Automate
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and standards

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, project support, or data analysis
  • Experience with SAP and Ariba (required)
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps (required)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in both French and English is required
