• Oversee comprehensive purchasing from bid stages to project finish
• Negotiate terms with various suppliers and subcontractors
• Direct a team focused on purchasing and estimating duties
• Manage procurement documentation throughout the project

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• 10+ years of construction procurement experience
• SCMP designation and Grade 12 required
