Shape design excellence at Meltwater as a Product Design Manager. Champion user-centered approaches and drive design innovations in a flexible hybrid environment.In this pivotal role, youll lead a talented team of product designers, ensuring high standards in UX and interaction design. You will develop effective workflows, create user prototypes, and conduct design quality reviews. Collaboration is essential, engaging with UX researchers and developers to identify opportunities for enhancement.Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate design strategies across teamsRequirements:
• At least 10 years’ experience in Product Design or UI/UX
• Proven track record in managing design teams
• Familiarity with SaaS and enterprise application design
• Strong skills in Figma and understanding of React
