Web Product Designer

Location: Canada (Remote)

Base Salary: 85 000$

Type: Full-time

Auxo is hiring a Web Product Designer for a fast-growing AI SaaS company modernizing procurement and supplier workflows for manufacturing organizations.

You’ll own the end-to-end product experience, partnering with Product and Engineering to transform complex business workflows into elegant, intuitive software.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead product design initiatives from discovery through production release.
  • Transform customer challenges into intuitive workflows and polished user experiences.
  • Work alongside Product Managers and Software Engineers to shape new functionality before development begins.
  • Prototype ideas, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly based on customer feedback.
  • Create wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Establish scalable design patterns that create consistency across the platform.
  • Influence how intelligent product capabilities are introduced to users in clear and intuitive ways.
  • Use customer feedback, analytics, and research to continuously improve usability.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Help raise the overall design quality and maturity of a growing product organization.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of product design experience, ideally on complex B2B or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership across the full product design lifecycle.
  • Experience designing SaaS, enterprise software, or other complex web applications.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma.
  • Experience building or evolving Design Systems.
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Able to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Comfortable making decisions in fast-moving environments with changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing products for technical or operational users.
  • Exposure to AI-powered product experiences.
  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, or React.
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup.
  • French language skills.
