The Role,
Your Impact
Reporting to the
Director of Innovation, you will contribute to the following
challenges:
- Lead innovation and new
product development projects across all brands in the Olymel
portfolio. - Turn ideas into concrete, profitable
innovations aligned with business
strategy. - Identify and develop innovation
opportunities that address consumer needs and market
trends. - Work closely with cross-functional
teams to ensure the success of innovation
projects. - Actively contribute to the growth and
performance of brands, both in retail and
foodservice.
What You
Bring to the
Role
- Education:
University degree in business administration, marketing, or a
related
field. - Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in
the consumer packaged goods (CPG) or food
industry. - Skills:
Innovation project management, cross-functional collaboration,
market analysis, communication, leadership, creativity, and
results-oriented
mindset.
