Role Description: Responsible for product planning and product marketing to increase market share
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Defining Product Strategy and Roadmap: Analyze sales history and market trends to provide actionable insights that guide the development of a product strategy aligned with company goals. Assist in identifying opportunities for growth, determining target markets, and developing a roadmap for product development and promotion.
Product Pricing Management: Support the pricing process by reviewing market research, production costs, and sales forecasts to recommend competitive pricing strategies. Assist in evaluating special and customized orders to ensure product profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
Inventory and Shipment coordination for Canada: Aid in managing inventory and shipment processes for Canadian operations, ensuring that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand. Help in conducting demand forecasts and monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts. Manage SCM master registration by ensuring accurate data entry and updates for new material codes.
Monitoring Sales and Profit Analysis: Assist in tracking and analyzing sales and profitability data by product, region, and sales team performance. Use data to help identify trends, assess progress toward goals, and recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on performance metrics.
Sales and Profit Reports: Contribute to the creation of regular sales and profit reports to provide key stakeholders with insights into product performance, market trends, and business opportunities. Support decision-making and strategic planning efforts by providing accurate, timely reports.
Customer Relationship Management: Assist in fostering strong relationships with Canadian customers by providing exceptional service and promptly addressing inquiries. Support communication efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by responding to customer needs and concerns.
Collaborating with Marketing Team: Support the marketing team in planning and executing product promotions, events, and campaigns. Assist in aligning product messaging, branding, and promotional materials to ensure successful and coordinated product launches and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Knowledge and Skills: Physical Requirements:
Bilingual: English + Korean Position requires sitting at computer 2/3 of time
Good organization skills and able to multi-task Minimal lifting up to 4 pounds
Time management and ability to multi-task Regular and reliable attendance
