Over the past several years, AdButler has experienced rapid growth across retail media, commerce media, AI-powered advertising workflows, and enterprise monetization technology. As we continue expanding globally, we are looking for a Product Manager to help shape the next generation of AdButler products and AI-driven workflows.

Role Description

We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager with experience in ad tech, retail media, commerce media, digital publishing, or adjacent industries to work closely with our Chief Product Officer and engineering teams.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how modern advertising technology platforms work and is excited about the future of AI-assisted product development. You will help bridge the gap between strategy, rapid prototyping, customer needs, and production-ready product execution.

This is not a traditional “write tickets all day” Product Manager role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, prototype quickly using modern AI tools, and help transform big ideas into production-ready products alongside developers, designers, and project management teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working directly with executive leadership on product strategy, roadmap initiatives, and long-term platform direction

• Helping shape the future of AdButler’s Commerce Catalyst platform and next-generation API ecosystem

• Rapidly prototyping product concepts, workflows, dashboards, internal tools, and customer-facing experiences using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, and similar platforms

• Building functional first-pass product iterations and proof-of-concepts that can later be productionized by engineering teams

• Using AI to accelerate ideation, UX iteration, workflow planning, technical documentation, product requirement generation, and rapid experimentation

• Translating high-level product vision and business strategy into actionable developer-ready specifications, product flows, and implementation plans

• Acting as the primary bridge between product strategy, project management, and engineering execution

• Serving as a key point-of-contact for engineering teams during the transition from prototype concepts into production-ready enterprise software

• Collaborating closely with project management teams to break larger initiatives into structured deliverables, timelines, and development phases

• Helping modernize and productize AdButler’s platform experience into modular products, dashboards, APIs, and AI-powered workflows

• Participating in customer calls, enterprise strategy discussions, product demos, and product feedback sessions when needed

• Researching trends across ad tech, retail media, commerce media, AI-assisted software development, and monetization technology

• Working closely with engineering, support, sales, operations, and customer success teams to ensure product direction aligns with customer and business needs

• Iterating quickly on ideas, prototypes, workflows, and user experiences before engineering productionization

• Helping identify opportunities where AI-assisted development can accelerate internal workflows, customer tooling, and product innovation

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Solutions Strategy, Ad Operations, Retail Media, Commerce Media, Ad Tech, or related industries

• Strong understanding of digital advertising technology ecosystems

• Familiarity with concepts such as ad serving, retail media, programmatic advertising, audience targeting, reporting, attribution, video advertising, or commerce monetization

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

• Comfortable using modern AI tools to accelerate ideation, documentation, prototyping, and workflow creation

• Ability to think strategically while also being execution-focused

• Experience working with engineering teams and translating ideas into production-ready deliverables

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Bonus Points

• Experience with retail media networks or commerce monetization platforms

• Familiarity with OpenRTB, SSPs, DSPs, VAST, video advertising, or audience technologies

• Has already rapidly shipped or prototyped products using AI

• Familiarity with API-first platforms and modern SaaS UX patterns
