What You’ll Do

  • Partner with clients to understand project delivery challenges, business processes, and operational requirements.
  • Configure, implement, and support project management and project controls software solutions.
  • Advise clients on industry best practices across estimating, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, reporting, and project governance.
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions for stakeholders ranging from project teams to executive leadership.
  • Support software implementations, user adoption, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients while ensuring successful project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working on large capital construction projects within Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities, Mining, Industrial, or Heavy Civil environments.
  • Strong understanding of project controls including:
  • Cost Control
  • Earned Value Management (SPI/CPI)
  • Forecasting
  • Cost Curves
  • Project Reporting
  • Scheduling
  • Experience implementing or supporting project management or project controls software.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and training skills.
