Elevate your engineering career with Aqua NJ as a Project Engineer II, specializing in water and wastewater projects. Manage capital projects from planning to execution, ensuring compliance and efficiency.<br/><br/>In this impactful role, you will support the Engineering Manager by overseeing the Engineering & Construction Team and state capital budget. Collaborate with various departments and public officials to plan, design, and execute critical projects, including PFAS treatment systems and lead service line replacements. Your expertise will directly contribute to reliable water and wastewater services across communities.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Plan engineering projects in multiple divisions
• Manage design for water and sewer improvement projects
• Coordinate permit applications and approvals
• Oversee construction projects including bidding and scheduling
• Handle project financials and support acquisitions<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering required
• Registered Professional Engineer in NJ or eligibility
• 4+ years of relevant experience needed
• Experience in water, wastewater, and utilities
