• Maintain detailed lease and tenant records in Yardi
• Prepare reconciliations and manage tenant inquiries
• Review rent rolls and coordinate chargebacks
• Track accounts payable and receivable processes
• Deliver timely monthly and year-end financial reports<br/><br/>Requirements:
• CPA designation with university education
• 5+ years in full-cycle real estate accounting
• Advanced skills in Yardi and MS Office
