Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diversified portfolio of commercial assets. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in client and tenant relations, financial management, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Management Plans for commercial properties
• Manage service contracts to ensure high-quality property operations
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and owner reports
• Maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive communication and retention initiatives
• Conduct management audits and implement operational improvements
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate property management staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of commercial property management experience
• RPA, CPM, or equivalent industry certification required
• Strong project management and customer service skills
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting
• Knowledge of building systems and mechanical drawings is considered an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
