Our company is seeking an Publisher Onboarding Specialist to support the successful and efficient onboarding of new publisher partners. This role plays a critical part in ensuring publishers are set up efficiently, accurately, and positioned for long-term success.

In this role you will work cross-functionally with the Account Management, Technical Solutions, Yield Operations, and Product teams to guide publisher partners from contract signature through go-live and initial performance validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding execution for newly signed publishers, including site audits, ad unit recommendations, implementation coordination, and launch readiness
  • Assist with pre-launch validation checks, ensuring all required ad placements, tag integrations, ad partner implementations, and configuration requirements are completed accurately prior to launch
  • Execute post-launch QA reviews to confirm ad units are firing correctly and identify any issues related to loading, rendering, or performance
  • Escalate technical or performance related issues to the appropriate internal teams and track through resolution
  • Maintain accurate onboarding documentation, including implementation notes, internal guides, and launch records
  • Partner closely with the team Lead to ensure onboarding timelines, accuracy, and deliverables are met
  • Support a clean and consistent handoff to Account Management following successful onboarding and validation

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or a related field
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts (e.g. Google Ad Manager, Header Bidding, SSPs)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding timelines simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on execution accuracy and process adherence
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Google Ad Manager
  • Exposure to Prebid, Amazon TAM/APS, or other header bidding solutions
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools such as Hubspot or Clickup
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript)
