The Vancouver Island Health Authority invites applications for a Radiological Technologist. This part-time position offers the chance to ensure patient safety while performing diagnostic imaging tasks.<br/><br/>Ideal candidates will be CAMRT certified and have graduated from an accredited radiology technology program. You will work in a computerized setting, producing radiographs, and performing duties independently or with a team. Prioritizing safety, youll also handle essential documentation and administrative tasks with ease.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Create accurate diagnostic radiographs as required
• Collaborate with physicians for diagnostic imaging
• Implement radiation safety practices diligently
• Complete administrative documentation with precision
• Uphold quality and safety standards in your work<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Must be certified by CAMRT as a Medical Radiation Technologist
• Graduate of an accredited radiology program
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
