Remote Recruiter (12-Month Contract)
Position Type: 12-Month Contract (with strong opportunity for extension or permanent full-time hire)
Location: Fully Remote (Anywhere in Canada)
Compensation: $40,000 – $65,000 base salary + uncapped commission
Expected Bonus: $33,000+ average annual commission earnings (paid monthly & annually)
Total Expected OTE: $73,000 – $98,000 (based on performance)

At TPD, we are looking for a driven Remote Recruiter to join us at the Coordinator or Specialist level for a 12-month contract. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting and sales—sourcing top talent, building strong relationships, and driving organizational success.
While this is initially a contract position, we view it as a gateway. We are looking for a high performer who wants to embed themselves in our culture, crush their targets, and ideally transition into an extended or permanent, full-time career with us.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

- Experience recruiting for our commonly supported roles, such as Project Managers, Estimators, Technicians, and Sales positions.
