The role

We’re hiring a Recruiter to be the operational heartbeat of our hiring process. You’ll work closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition and HR team to run recruitment end-to-end, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, keeping our ATS clean, and making sure every person who interacts with Nord Quantique walks away feeling respected and informed.

Over time, you’ll grow into more strategic work: outbound sourcing, pipeline development, and shaping the processes themselves. If you love the craft of recruiting and want to see your impact on a company at a critical growth stage, this is the seat.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end coordination of recruitment processes: scheduling, follow-ups, tracking
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, keeping communication clear, warm, and timely
• Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience at every stage
• Support hiring teams by making sure interview processes are structured, documented, and easy to follow
• Keep candidate data accurate and up-to-date in our ATS
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and documentation
• Grow into outbound sourcing and pipeline development for specialized technical roles
• Represent Nord Quantique at recruitment events alongside the TA team and Marketing
• Take the operational load off technical teams so they can focus on their work

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, science, engineering, or a related field
• 3–6 years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech-driven environments
• Experience running recruitment processes in a structured, fast-paced setting
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools
• A track record recruiting for technical roles (quantum experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
• Deep-tech or R&D recruiting experience is an asset
• Bilingual English/French is preferred

• Salary: $81,500–$95,000
• Benefits: Group insurance (including dental), virtual care, and a lifestyle spending account (after 3 months)
• Working language: English and/or French (bilingualism is an asset)
