Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Recruiter to help us identify, qualify, and place top talent with clients across the US and Canada.

This is a fully remote, performance-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who are confident in sourcing candidates, working with hiring managers, and closing placements.

Compensation

  • US Clients: USD $5,000 per successful placement
  • Canadian Clients: CAD $5,000 per successful placement
  • No cap on earnings. The more you close, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
  • Screen and evaluate candidates against client requirements
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Present strong candidates to clients
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
  • Manage the recruitment process through to successful placement
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
  • LinkedIn Recruiter account preferred; LinkedIn Recruiter Lite is the minimum requirement
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience recruiting for US or Canadian companies is a strong plus
