With 5-7 years of relevant experience, you will analyze data trends, provide guidance on policy execution, and handle escalated supervisory issues. Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills are key to successfully fulfilling this role.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Address escalated supervisory issues as they arise
• Make recommendations on risk and regulatory compliance
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor operational controls
• Document supervision findings for management review
• Develop and lead training programs on supervision<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial supervision
• Must be registered under CIRO in a Supervisory capacity
• Obtain US Principal licensing within 12 months
• Chartered Investment Manager or CFA designation preferred
