• Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with OES
• Manage annual budgets for reliability and engineering

• Minimum 5 years of leadership in the field
• At least 2 years of relevant food processing experience
• Expertise in reliability engineering and automation
• Experience in managing budgets effectively
