EPE is hiring a remote Engineering Manager specializing in EMT modeling and power system studies to shape the future of energy. Lead projects while developing the next generation of engineers.In this role, you will utilize your 8+ years of experience in power system modeling to perform crucial studies and guide technical teams. Youll be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and managing client relationships effectively. Your leadership will play a vital part in the organizations growth strategy.Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive power system studies including insulation coordination
• Develop dynamic models and ensure effective benchmarking
• Conduct steady state studies across various metrics
• Provide advisory support to energy developers and large load clients
• Mentor and develop junior Power Systems EngineersRequirements:
• Over 8 years of experience in power system modeling
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, power systems focus
• Experience with data center dynamics is an asset
• Familiarity with conventional generation dynamics is preferred
