Description
Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, OTL and Absence modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for Payroll, OTL and Absence area.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Waterloo, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Payroll, OTL and Absence module
~ Hands on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for US
~ Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
~ Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
~ Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
8+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
~ Candidate should be proficient in all the Payroll, OTL and Absence Processes
~ Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Payroll, OTL and Absence and other modules
~ Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
~ Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
~ Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus
