Lead a team in the SAP assessment of the design, governance, and alignment of data and system capabilities across programs and business areas – specifically for the migration of
Lead Architect in the completion the “As-Is” assessment of existing functional solution, including the assessment of mandatory simplification items (ECC to S/4HANA) and definition of system migration options and scope across multiple modules
Definition and scoping of ECC to S/4HANA
Perform Business Capability assessment – identifying capability areas for retain/retire/transform
Perform Business Process Assessment to identify gaps in fit-to-standard, additional requirements, process change implications
Support decisions on implementation approach, deployment approach
Support the scope definition and implementation estimation
Ensure systems and data models support service delivery, workforce, financial, and operational processes
Support the development and enforcement of data governance frameworks, standards, and quality controls
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, traceability, and reporting integrity across systems
Coordinate data definitions, classifications, and master data alignment across functional domains
Support modernization and digital transformation initiatives from a functional data and systems perspective
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and working groups to gather and validate requirements and align on target-state business and solution architecture
Provide clear recommendations, documentation, and briefings to governance and leadership forums to support Key Planning and Scoping Decisions
Expertise in one of FI/CO, HR, PM or SCM is required.
