SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Consultant (Open to US/Canada)

*Travel: Monthly travel to Florida required (EXPENSE PAID)*

Role overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Consultant with strong utilities

industry experience to support customer financial and collections processes within a large-scale

SAP Utilities environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP IS-U FI-CA processes including Payments, Payment Lots,

Dunning, Collections, Write-offs, Refunds, Security Deposits, and Payment Plans

• Manage clarification account handling, cash application, and payment clearing activities

• Support Promise-to-Pay (PTP) processes and collections workflows

• Configure and support collection agency integration and overdue account processing

• Work on FI-CA correspondence setup including dunning notices, payment reminders, and

customer communications

• Support customer interaction processes and SAP CRM/CIC integration activities

• Troubleshoot production support issues, reconciliation discrepancies, and billing/payment exceptions

• Collaborate with business users, billing teams, customer service, treasury, and technical teams

• Participate in SIT, UAT, hypercare, and production support activities

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of SAP IS-U FI-CA experience within utility environments

• Strong hands-on experience with Payments, Dunning, Collections, and Payment Processing

• Experience with clarification accounts, cash application, and collection agency processes

• Knowledge of Promise-to-Pay configuration and customer collections lifecycle

• Experience with SAP CRM/CIC Interaction Records and correspondence configuration preferred

• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience

• Experience integrating SAP IS-U with SAP FI/CO, CRM, banking systems, and payment gateways
