Responsibilities<br/><br/>As part of the Chief Data Office (CDO), were seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and delivery of reporting solutions.<br/><br/>The Senior Analyst of Data Insights & Analytics within the Business Optimization & Strategy team will build and enhance dashboards, ensure data quality, and work closely with business users to translate their needs into clear, actionable insights.<br/><br/>Build new dashboards and reporting solutions that address business needs and stakeholder requirements.<br/><br/>Maintain and enhance existing reporting dashboards to ensure they remain accurate and relevant.<br/><br/>Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.<br/><br/>Support the continuous improvement of reporting tools and platforms.<br/><br/>Manage data validation and quality checks across reporting systems.<br/><br/>Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) when new data sources or systems are integrated.<br/><br/>Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues and report discrepancies.<br/><br/>Proactively communicate data quality findings to stakeholders.<br/><br/>Create and distribute monthly and quarterly business‑as‑usual (BAU) reporting on schedule.<br/><br/>Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting according to defined SLAs.<br/><br/>Support ad hoc reporting requests to address emerging business needs.<br/><br/>Track and maintain reporting schedules and delivery status.<br/><br/>Create and maintain clear reporting documentation, data dictionaries, and system guides.<br/><br/>Develop communications to support reporting launches, updates, and user adoption.<br/><br/>Gather and analyze business requirements to inform reporting solutions.<br/><br/>Help translate business questions into technical reporting specifications.<br/><br/>Requirements<br/><br/>Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.<br/><br/>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners and stakeholders.<br/><br/>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.<br/><br/>Attention to detail and quality orientation.<br/><br/>Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.<br/><br/>Strong knowledge of data visualization & analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.<br/><br/>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.<br/><br/>Experience in the Financial Services industry with a focus on data‑related activities.<br/><br/>Familiarity with workflow management tools such as JIRA.<br/><br/>Knowledge of global data management regulations (e.g. BCBS 239, FRB).<br/><br/>#J-18808-Ljbffr
