Job Description
Application Developers develop, test and integrate applications, frameworks, and tools in a controlled environment. With expertise in a specific technology environment, they are responsible for software-specific design and realization, testing, deployment, release management, or technical application management of client-specific package‑based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Represent the team in project meetings.
- Work with business and functional analysts, and software and solution architects to ensure programs and systems function as intended.
- Supervise, mentor, and manage large teams of programmers on one or more projects.
Qualifications
Maintain certifications on SaaS or package‑based solutions and relevant programming tools or language, and relevant methodology.
Compensation
Base compensation range: $83,144 – $195,060 CAD. Additional compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple legally permitted factors including geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications and licenses, relevant experience and skills, seniority and performance, market and business considerations, and internal pay equity.

Compensation (including bonuses, commissions, or other forms of incentive pay) is not considered earned, vested, or payable until it becomes due under the terms of applicable plans or agreements and is subject to the company’s discretion. The company reserves the right to amend or withdraw compensation programs at any time, within the limits of applicable legislation.
