Description
Lead capacity planning initiatives at Shoppers Drug Mart as a Senior Manager, focusing on optimizing pharmacy workflows. This full-time role is essential for driving operational excellence and service improvements.<br/><br/>In this position, you will co-own the detailed planning and execution of the pharmacy labour model. Responsibilities include keeping the model relevant, conducting field analyses, and developing actionable insights that will inform team decisions. Your work will span across departments, engaging with Finance, Clinical, and Operations for impactful results.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Own and optimize the pharmacy workflow model
• Conduct in-store studies for labour standards updating
• Evaluate initiatives’ impacts to validate assumptions
• Drive collaborative improvement workstreams
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering or Operations
• Minimum 7 years in operations analysis or planning
• Strong coding ability and data analysis skills
• Experience in stakeholder management
