Location:<br/><br/>Port Hueneme, CA (On-site)<br/><br/>Clearance:<br/><br/>Active Top Secret (T5/SSBI) Required<br/><br/>This position is contingent on contract award<br/><br/>Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking a<br/><br/>Senior Computer Analyst<br/><br/>to support a government customer at the<br/><br/>Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Port Hueneme Division . This is a fully on-site role supporting mission-critical Navy systems in a classified environment.<br/><br/>Position Overview
The Senior Computer Analyst provides advanced<br/><br/>systems engineering, technical analysis, and lifecycle support<br/><br/>for complex Department of Defense systems. This role supports system design, integration, testing, cybersecurity, and sustainment efforts while collaborating closely with government stakeholders and technical teams.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/>Perform systems engineering and technical analysis for complex Navy and DoD systems<br/><br/>Translate mission and user requirements into technical solutions and engineering deliverables<br/><br/>Support full system lifecycle activities including design, integration, testing, validation, and sustainment<br/><br/>Develop and maintain technical documentation, engineering artifacts, and status reports<br/><br/>Analyze system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and integrated system issues<br/><br/>Collaborate with engineers, program stakeholders, and cybersecurity teams to ensure mission readiness<br/><br/>Support configuration management, technical reviews, change management, and requirements traceability<br/><br/>Apply cybersecurity and information assurance practices aligned with DoD IAT II requirements<br/><br/>Prepare and present technical briefings, findings, and recommendations to leadership and government customers<br/><br/>Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall technical excellence<br/><br/>Requirements<br/><br/>Active<br/><br/>Top Secret Clearance (T5/SSBI)<br/><br/>IAT Level II certification<br/><br/>(DoD 8570/8140 compliant)<br/><br/>Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline<br/><br/>10+ years of systems engineering or computer systems analysis experience<br/><br/>Experience working in DoD or government environments<br/><br/>Strong written and verbal communication skills<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications<br/><br/>Experience supporting<br/><br/>DoD, Navy, NAVSEA, or warfare center programs<br/><br/>Familiarity with systems engineering processes and lifecycle support in mission-critical systems<br/><br/>Knowledge of<br/><br/>cybersecurity, RMF, and information assurance<br/><br/>requirements<br/><br/>Prior experience at<br/><br/>Port Hueneme or similar naval environments<br/><br/>Work Environment<br/><br/>Fully on-site at NSWC Port Hueneme<br/><br/>Must comply with all security and access requirements for a classified government facility<br/><br/>Collaborative, customer-facing environment supporting operational mission systems<br/><br/>Benefits
