Description

Job Title: Senior Consultant

Company: Bondy & Associates

Location: Cambridge (in office), Toronto/hybrid

Reports To: Managing Director

Company Overview:

Bondy & Associates (B&A) operate at the intersection of government, industry, and national interest. We enable our clients in nation-building verticals – including defence and technology, the broader public sector, and economic development – to secure successes that will make Canada stronger as a result.

B&A fuse government relations and management consulting to offer an end-to-end solution that is not theoretical or merely advisory. We help clients secure outcomes, navigate risk, and capture opportunities within Canada’s evolving industrial and geopolitical landscape.

Position Overview:

B&A are hiring a Senior Consultant to support the execution of priority client files and enhance the effectiveness of senior leadership. You will work directly with the Director of Government Affairs and the Vice President of Public Affairs to translate strategy into action. This includes developing written materials, advancing stakeholder engagement, leveraging your political network, spotting opportunities for clients, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and political awareness. You are not expected to independently lead client accounts, but you are expected to ensure that files are consistently moving forward, leadership is well-supported, and execution is disciplined.

In a boutique organisation like B&A, each person has an outsized impact, offering a high-agency individual the chance to play a role in the firm’s growth and strategy, with strong mentorship opportunities from senior leadership.

Given our extensive work on Ontario-based files, experience working within or alongside the Government of Ontario is strongly preferred.
