Information On The Role:

Reporting to the ERP Manager, you will support the continued optimization and expansion of the D365 F&O environment across core business functions including finance, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and sales.

You’ll act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring requirements are understood, solutions are practical, and system improvements are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
  • Map current and future-state business processes across areas such as procure-to-pay, quote-to-cash, and manufacture-to-stock
  • Translate operational needs into clear, actionable D365 F&O solutions and functional specifications
  • Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions across multiple departments
  • Support governance, change management, testing, QA, UAT, and end-user training activities
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and continuous improvement across the ERP landscape
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and integration teams on system enhancements and projects
  • Assist in evaluating solution options, identifying risks, and supporting strategic ERP decisions
  • Support automated testing initiatives to improve system reliability and reduce regression issues

Required Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within ERP-focused environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Experience working within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain-driven organisations
  • Proven ability to gather, interpret, and document complex business requirements
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, manufacturing, or logistics
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes across both technical and non-technical teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
