We’re hiring a Senior Digital Strategist for a fast-moving US-based digital agency and SaaS product company working with ambitious brands and high-growth clients across North America.

This is a fully remote role.

We’re not looking for someone who simply follows trends, templates, or marketing frameworks. We’re looking for a strategist with an actual point of view. Someone who understands culture, audience behaviour, digital storytelling, and social trends, but can also step back and think critically about the bigger brand, product, and business problem.

You should be deeply plugged into:

  • TikTok, Instagram, creators, internet culture, and emerging consumer behaviour
  • What people are paying attention to and why
  • How brands and products earn attention versus chase it

But this is not a pure execution or community management role.

We want someone who can:

  • Think strategically, not just aesthetically
  • Translate observations into sharp insights and direction
  • Develop strong creative and strategic territories
  • Present ideas clearly and confidently
  • Bring original thinking, not recycled marketing language
  • Simplify complexity into compelling stories and strategic narratives
  • Understand both brand building and performance-driven digital ecosystems

The right person likely comes from a digital strategy, social strategy, creative strategy, marketing strategy, agency, or SaaS/growth environment and can move fluidly between culture, audience psychology, and business thinking.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can solve marketing problems, not just execute deliverables.
