Your job

  • Pilot crisis simulation exercises across the Bank, including stress tests and scenario analyses
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of programs and tools related to non-financial risks
  • Coordinate complex simulations involving several stakeholders and ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Represent the Bank with regulatory bodies and external bodies
  • Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to senior management and governance committees
  • Influence and challenge internal partners to ensure the quality, rigour and relevance of results

The Senior Vice-President – Integrated risk Management is a team of specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to seize opportunities, stay on top of practices and continuously improve processes. You are part of a multidisciplinary team in the Integrated risk Management sector and report to a senior manager. Our team stands out for its expertise in crisis simulation, its spirit of collaboration and its key role in integrating analyses into strategic decisions. Prerequisites

  • A bachelor’s degree and approximately 10 years of relevant experience in risk management or a related field
  • Experience in project management and financial or non-financial risk management
  • Solid knowledge of the banking sector and the regulatory environment
  • Ability to manage complex and multidimensional initiatives

Additional Languages: French, English

Reason to require this language: you will need to collaborate with a regulator/authority/government body outside Quebec.
